Default Status no carrier after power outage

Hi guys,

after a power outage, the status for interface looking at the internal lan (fxp0) on my firewall is no carrier.

fxp0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
lladdr 00:04:23:11:7d:ab
index 1 priority 0 llprio 3
media: Ethernet autoselect (none)
status: no carrier
inet 192.168.1.50 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.1.255

Rebooting won't change status to active and neither does it trying to up it with ifconfig.

Any hints?

SOLVED. The power supply for the LAN switch was fried. Once replaced it worked again.
