Default mate mouse issue

HI,
I gave up XFCE4 for MATE, but alas the mouse and keyboard does not work!
With Mate I am in screen display at 2k, but without mouse and keyboard, I am blocked.
I did research on the internet but I can not find the parameter or the daemon to load in the /etc/rc.conf.
do you know this problem?
I also encounter problems following compilations of X modules.
Regards
Philippe

Verify that xorg works by starting twm instead of mate. If no mouse in twm, review xorg config settings

If mouse pointer is present in twm check xrandr in mate terminal to see if you have multiple displays. This can also be done in mate-control-center if it is functional in NetBSD. Also look at cursor themes https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php...p_environments

I read your link!
I applied a few changes:
1 / mkdir -p ~/.icons/default/cursors
2/~/.xinitrc <<< xsetroot -cursor_name left_ptr
3/ created >> the file >> ~/.Xresources
and implementations!
Links 'ln' does not work! I think there is a lack of graphical libraries.
here are the installations I made:
Quote:
mate-applets ok
mate-control-center ok
mate-desktop ok
mate-indicator-applet nok
mate-menus ok
mate-panel ok
mate-screensaver ok
mate-session-manager ok
mate-settings-daemon nok
mate-terminal ok
nok means that I have errors with either pkgin or make install.
so I have 2 ports not installed

here my output after command startx
Code:
hpc-ortice$ startx
