What mirror has the repository (or testing repo) for KDE Plasma on OpenBSD? Who is working on it and how can I get involved in testing?

Hello, and welcome! You'll find a work-in-progress port of Plasma in https://github.com/jasperla/openbsd-wip, under the x11/plasma branch.

If you're familiar with the OpenBSD ports and packages system, you can jump in right away. Reach out to the developers of any of the underlying component ports that interest you, and ask what's needed -- testing, additional porting work, etc.

If you're not yet familiar with ports and packages, there's a very good Porter's Handbook in the FAQ, plus the reference man pages ports(9) and bsd.port.mk(5).
