Personally, I use xinit(1) rather than startx(1) for local machines, it doesn't do most of the xauth security stuff that startx does, which can sometimes leave your system in an unusable state.

startx is just a quick&dirty hack wrapper around xinit.

Some people are just incorrigible..

Remove the .Xauthority file from your home directory, also, find and delete all serverauth.???? files.

I also use xinit(4) instead of the startx(1) script, it's just far too crusty.. my preferred method being..
$ /usr/X11R6/bin/xinit -- -nolisten tcp -br

But that's just me, I dislike having X listen on TCP.. and.. a black root is a pretty root.

What if i use xinit instead of startx without removing .Xauthority file?
I been google it for hours and i may guess the problem cause by SSH?(if i'm not wrong). If i run using ssh in xinit will the problem still appear?

I always have this message at halt but I'm not sure is it related to the MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE.

You're shutting down the system using halt(8) without first exiting Xorg, not advisable.. and.. a major culprit for lingering temporary files.

And please, read what people are telling you.. it is getting quite repetitive.
