Default FreeBSD compiled packages - where are they?

Not having used FreeBSD for quite a while, I cannot find any ftp/http site with binary packages (compiled FreeBSD ports)

You don't need to be a genius to debug a pf.conf firewall ruleset, you just need the guts to run tcpdump
