I've been trying to get my Eclipse IDE pointed at gcc, however I can't seem to do it satisfactorily - I'm not getting options to build/run my C code.
I know I have gcc version 4.2.1 20070719 which is located in /usr/bin/gcc however I cannot seem to set this as the default compiler. CDT keeps looking for the XL C/C++ toolchain. (I'm currently reading up the CDT help, but if anyone here has any good advice on using CDT that could help me speed up configuration, that'd be great.)
