I run into a little issue i use pcmanfm for file managment
and noticed the application menu is emty Usually its an easy fix just need to install LXmenu-data and its working. I just realised its missing becuse no LXDE packages on Openbsd. My question is just was LXDE on Openbsd and got removed because of issues or never got ported? If wont be in Openbsd thats fine i can live without it i was just wondering if its any way to remove the application menu from the left bar? |

Sorry for the late reply.
You can use other Desktop menu specifications: x11/lxqt/menu-data => # pkg_add lxqt-menu-data x11/gnome/menus => # pkg_add gnome-menus x11/mate/mate/menus => # pkg_add mate-menus I typically use gnome-menus as it does not bring in any gnome dependencies. Not sure about lxqt or mate. Last edited by shep; 11th November 2024 at 09:18 PM. |
