This was announced on a few sites, personally... not a big fan of Java phones, there are better platforms that allow native programs.

Search for the Nokia N810 device, user community is at http://maemo.org/

EDIT: I guess this device was a bad example, it's not really a phone.. it's more of a gadget, another option would be the Openmoko devices, http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Main_Page
