Does openoffice.org have a package?

There is no official package, but good-day.net provides a binary package for many versions of FreeBSD and many version of OpenOffice.org.

How do I get flash player 9 working with FreeBSD?

You don't, it doesn't work.
The only way flash9 works on FreeBSD is by using emulators/wine.

Is there an amd64 version for the nVidia driver? (x11/nvidia-driver)?

No, see:

How do I install flash player on FreeBSD?

There is no native FreeBSD flash player at this moment, there are several workarounds, for details see Flash player threads.
