Default pop3d: Maximum connection limit reached for ...

Hello,
I work on a freebsd 7 server with a friend. And he install exim as a mail server.
He is out for 1 week so i take care of the server.
And on the /var/log/message I have this message every 10 minutes:

pop3d: Maximum connection limit reached for :IP_ADDRESS

I dont know what it meen and if it's bad or not.

Could you help me?

In the exim.conf file, you might want to increase the value of:

smtp_accept_max_per_host
