Xorg, i810, HP 533w
Apologies for the title.
Xorg.conf.new on /root for the machine doesn't display. i810 driver loaded. intel [drm] failure to load. acpi is disabled because temp readout was -270. interrupt storm detected on irq7; throttling interrupt source. Anyway to get the temperature to read properly, X to load, i810 driver to load? Obrigado. |

It'll be kind of card without more information about the hardware, your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file, and the output from 'dmesg'.

On mine HP, DRM doesnt work with ACPI disabled (probably because it need ACPI to properly init)
So before even trying to think about DRM try to fix ACPI issues. Temporary you could disable both DRM/DRI and ACCEL from Xorg.conf and Xorg should start (without video hardware acceleration). |

I wish I could post the exact output but the unionfs kernel module is not available for debian-5-lenny. At least not in the repos I am using.

I'm pushing this one.
Is there a tutorial available for remote X clients? |
