Default how to save stackoverflow podcasts?

Is there a way to save the stack overflow podcasts (http://itc.conversationsnetwork.org/...koverflow.html) as an mp3 (or ogg) file?

Is this a trick question? there are several links on that page go to a "details????" page.. on said pages is a link to "Download" the episodes in MP3 format.

Yeah, I am a regular listener, though it took some time getting used to the (lengthy) 1hour+ podcasts.
