That's "Adobe Flash", or as it used to be called, "Macromedia Flash".

It's closed source and proprietary.. a few open source implementations exist, but I don't use them, personally I don't need flash.

The projects are "swfdec" and "gnash", I can't help you more.. because you haven't specified your host operating system.

Thanks for your advice.


The host OS is either *BSD or Linux. I'm running both of them here.


Edit:

A futher question I heard Desktop BSD before. Would it be similar to Desktop Linux such as Ubuntu etc.. I ran OpenBSD and FreeBSD mainly on server.
