Default 64-bit Time on OpenBSD

Phillip Guenther(guenther@) has rolled over time on OpenBSD to 64 bits, avoiding Yet Another Time Apocalypse (tm) for at least another week.

You don't need to be a genius to debug a pf.conf firewall ruleset, you just need the guts to run tcpdump
