Default vB update & Style change

FYI.

Forums will be down for a vBulletin upgrade for about 30 minutes later today.

Update done.

I also changed the maximum width of the page. This should be better for readability. The maximum width is now 60em (max-width: 60em;), this should be fine for almost everyone, but if you have problems please let me know.

Also note this won't work for certain versions of a certain browser, I don't think I need to explain which browser I'm talking about.

You can now choose between the new fixed with layout and the old fluid width layout.

You can select the stle in the bottom-left corner of any page, or in your UserCP under "Edit Options".

The fixed width layout is the default.
