Default Intel I225-V not working

Hallo, I bought an industrial pc for using it as firewall, it has 4 nic (I225-V) and WiFi (Centrino). I installed OpenBSD7.2, but only the WiFi works. The nics are revision 0x03 and using dmesg I read:

Not enough msi-x vectors
Unable to map msi-x vector 0

I already load firmware from:

http://firmware.openbsd.org/firmware/7.2/

Now I'm stuck.

Any ideas?

Using other OS (FreeBSD, GNU/Linux, MikroTik RouterOs) I do not have the same problem, so the hardware is working.

Thanks.

Hello, and welcome!

You haven't posted your dmesg, so I will assume you are having an issue with the igc(4) driver. You might try a recent snapshot instead of OpenBSD 7.2, as there have been some changes to the driver since 7.2 was released. At this time, snapshots are labelled "7.3-beta" as the OpenBSD Project is looking for users to test what will become 7.3 in a month or two.

Thanks for the welcome and for the reply. Yes, you're right, I forgot to add the dmesg output, my fault, the issue is with igc driver. I'll try the new snapshot shortly and I'll update the thread.

Thanks.

Good luck! If a snapshot doesn't resolve the problem, consider posting informally to the misc@ mailing list, or more formally to bugs@, as described in http://www.openbsd.org/report.html.

No good luck, I installed the 7.3-beta and firmware, but the issue remains. I'll try to open a bug report.

Thanks, for the support.
