A TTL of 10 seconds? Maybe they are moving to another IP address?

Key points included https://forums.freebsd.org/posts/551866:

No power outages as far as I know. The host that runs the VM that runs the forums had an issue, that needed a nudge. Unfortunately we had some issues contacting the owner of said host. Stuff really needs to be migrated away from there so we can assign some more people with proper access but alas, that hasn't happened yet. The upside of the recent outage is that this will hopefully be expedited.

The forums should, ideally, be hosted on the rest of the FreeBSD infrastructure. It started off on someone's personal host and it's been running there ever since. Getting it onto the FreeBSD infrastructure needs some negotiating (we have a couple of requirements that would need to be met) and obviously some time and effort to actually get it migrated.

Yea I was able to access the freebsd forums website from Thursday afternoon on however as of 10:30pm pacific Time Daylight time last night I was having one hell of an issue with intermittent connection issues. These include brief access to the to the freebsd forums and the same goes for earlier to day and by the time I returned from a doctors appointment earlier this afternoon. Upon returning to my desk in my bedroom I tried to pull up the freebsd forums landing home page and instead of the homepage for said home page I received an erro message which I will post a screen shot of once I can take said screen shot to this thread.
