Default NetBSD USB Driver

hi ,
I am working on a powerpc machine, and i am facing a problem in the USB driver of the NetBSD. My USB driver is giving an error message
SET_ADDR_FAILED during bootup.
---------------------------------------------------------
uhub_explore: usb_new_device failed, error=SET_ADDR_FAILED
---------------------------------------------------------

How can i debug this problem

I am googleing , but unfortunately don't find any solution for this problem.

I am glad to give you more details if needed.

Please help me out

WIth Regards
John
