Problem at the install with a pc gateway

I've got a problem installing a freebsd 7.0 with a boot cd only.
i want to make an install by ftp server but after completing the ip settings, an error tell me that the install cant reach the ftp server.

My freebsd computer is connected at a computer by Ethernet links. Like this:

i configure the "Set Network Configuration for ed0" screen like this:
ipv4 gateway : 192.168.0.3
host : sabin
ipv4 address: 192.168.0.2
Netmask: 255.255.255.0

maybe /etc/resolv.conf is missing a DNS server to look at.

my /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 127.0.0.1
nameserver 62.149.128.2
nameserver 62.149.132.2
nameserver 208.67.222.222
nameserver 62.94.0.1
nameserver 62.94.0.2

I just installed with boot CD: in network configuration screeen choosed NO for IPV6 and DHCP then entered:

HOST= My_host_name
DOMAIN= (nothing)
IPV4 Gateway: 192.168.0.1 You will use the Router's IP gateway:192.168.0.254 OR the IP of the gatway computer.
nameserver: 208.67.222.222 (real DNS Open Server)
IPV4 Address: 192.168.0.99 (the IP of the computer)
Mask: 255.255.255.0

THEN when asked the the installation Media choosed FTP passive
