Default can't watch online TV

Why I can't watch online TV after upgrade to 7.6? It's fine with 7.5
I get errors when run pkg_add -u

Code:
https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/7.6/packages/amd64/: TLS handshake failer: oscp verify failed: oscp response not current
https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/7.6/packages/amd64/: empty

The error message you posted indicates a certificate issue with the content delivery network (cdn) webserver serving your location. Choose a different mirror.

After you have successfully updated packages for the new release ( # pkg_add -u), test your application again. If you're still having trouble streaming video, please come back with more details about the specific problem.

I get different error messages on the tv.cctv.com link, depending on which browser I test with. When I switch to their english.cctv.com website -- which are all pre-recorded videos -- those stream successfully.

My assumption is that there is a particular set of client browser user-agent strings the webserver will stream live video with. But I don't know enough to investigate further, and will have to leave that to others.

I had installed qutebrowser, but it didn't work either. I had downloaded source code of vimb, but I get errors when make install:

Code:
*** Parse error in /home/unicorn/Downloads/vimb-3.7.0: Missing dependency operator (config.mk:1)
*** Parse error: Need an operator in 'endif' (config.mk:3)
*** Parse error: Need an operator in '""' (config.mk:31)
*** Parse error: Need an operator in 'endif' (config.mk:34)
How to edit that file?

The name and email address of each package's maintainer can be obtained from $ pkg_info <name of the package>. If no maintainer is assigned, the package is supported via the ports@ mailing list. OpenBSD's binary packages are built for you from the ports(7) tree.

In your email report, try to be as complete as possible, such as including your dmesg(8).

You can send an email to Landry, and ask for assistance determining the cause of the problem:

$ pkg_info firefox | grep Maintainer

It's OK now, It seems new version has to wait for one day or so, I also encounter this issue when install OpenBSD.
