now I do not understand why NetBSD is showing more Devices, does this means it supports something that OpenBSD doesnot?

I want to understand the names meaning

No, it simply means that the manner in which OpenBSD identifies chips present on the motherboard & the drivers it assigns is different from what NetBSD does.
